Every year around this time, I have the privilege of diving into the world of entrepreneurship through the projects submitted to the jury, which I have the honor of chairing, for the 'Emprende' awards organized by the Association of Communication Companies (La FEDE).
It’s not a massive competition but rather a small, qualitative, and highly inspiring one. It’s the only contest that rewards entrepreneurship in the marketing and communication sector. Each project comes loaded with enormous doses of audacity, innovation, ingenuity, and care. Entrepreneurs passionately defend their projects (tooth and nail) before the jury, and you leave the room a bit smarter, just by listening to them.
Today was the awards ceremony at the beautiful new campus of the University of Nebrija in Madrid. It was a pleasure to share this moment with all the finalists, the jury members, and the La FEDE team who make all of this possible. Thank you to all of them.
This year, there have been projects for all tastes: training, fractional marketing, media, digital screens, PR, artificial intelligence…
The winning project, by Louds Intelligence, has identified the enormous growth potential of audio advertising and uses AI to help brands find the ideal content environment in the right podcast based on their objectives. Brilliant.
Additionally, the jury decided to award a special mention to Elevatorfly for its contribution to the very essence of entrepreneurship and to education as the cornerstone of business activity. This recognition includes entrepreneurship and cross-sector education, and, of course, also in the marketing and communication industry.
