Factorial, Europe’s leading business management software, launches Factorial One, its AI-powered, integrated management tool. To mark the occasion, we collaborated for the first time on an international campaign across five markets that uses a human and visually powerful tone to show how AI can help people go further—without doubling their efforts.

Factorial wanted to introduce its new artificial intelligence agent, Factorial One, designed to streamline the work of managers, HR, and finance teams. The goal was to communicate its real usefulness in everyday life and position it as an ally that enhances leadership, saves time, and transforms business management.

We needed an idea that spoke of efficiency without falling into technological clichés—one that put people at the center and reflected how artificial intelligence can multiply human impact.

That’s how “Duplicates” was born: a visual metaphor as simple as it is powerful. When workloads overflow, it feels like you’d need to clone yourself to keep up. In our story, these “duplicates” aren’t clones but the representation of working with One, the AI agent that knows your company and your team as well as you do.

The campaign resonates especially with leaders and managers, showing how One allows them to focus on what truly creates value: people, strategy, and growth—while AI takes care of repetitive tasks.

We developed three main 40” spots (and their 15” versions), along with a teaser released before the launch. Each piece focuses on a different professional profile—HR, finance, and management—while maintaining a consistent creative concept that highlights the efficiency and ease of working with One.

The project was produced in six languages (English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, and German) and adapted to multiple digital formats for distribution across social networks and online platforms. The global English version leads the launch in all of Factorial’s key markets.

The audiovisual narrative, combining humor and everyday realism, reinforces the brand’s message: AI doesn’t replace people—it empowers them.

With Duplicates, Factorial’s communication evolves: we move from overwhelmed managers to empowered leaders capable of multiplying their impact through artificial intelligence.
