THE COMPANIES will send an initial email, without commercial content, requesting that you validate your subscription to the newsletter.

La base jurídica que legitima este tratamiento es su consentimiento. Sus datos se conservarán durante el plazo de 1 año. Si no desea que sus datos sean conservados durante este plazo podrá ejercer su derecho de supresión o revocar su consentimiento. Sus datos personales no serán cedidos a terceras personas salvo obligación legal.

Las sociedades GRUPO DARWIN Y VERNE, S.L. con número de CIF B0282887, SOCIAL NOISE SL con número de CIF B85822609 y DARWIN PUBLICIDAD SL, con número de CIF B85897858 (en adelante LAS SOCIEDADES), las tres con domicilio en C/ San Mateo 15, 28004, Madrid informan al CANDIDATO de que los datos de carácter personal consignados en su curriculum vitae, así como los que sean generados o solicitados durante la entrevista, serán incorporados a un fichero responsabilidad de SOCIAL NOISE.

2. Purpose of Processing

THE COMPANIES will process the CANDIDATE's personal data to manage their application in current or future selection processes.

The legal basis legitimizing this processing is the consent given by the candidate for processing their data in selection processes.

Mandatory data will be identified as such when requested. Failure to provide this information may impede the selection process, resulting in the candidate’s application being discarded.

3.-  Information Recipients

Your data will not be communicated to third parties except as legally required.

4. Exercise of Rights

The CANDIDATE can revoke their consent at any time and exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability by sending a written communication to the previously indicated address, identifying themselves as a candidate of THE COMPANIES, providing a copy of their ID or equivalent document, and specifying their request. 5. Candidate Commitments Regarding Data Protection

The CANDIDATE commits to:

  • Providing updated, accurate, and truthful information when requested.
  • Informing SOCIAL NOISE of any changes to the provided information through the procedure for exercising the right to rectification.

7. Data Retention

If the CANDIDATE is not selected for the current selection process, SOCIAL NOISE will retain their data for one year if their application is of interest for future processes.

If the CANDIDATE does not wish their data to be retained for this period, they can exercise their right to deletion through the described procedure.

8. Security Measures

THE COMPANIES have implemented necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, considering the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks they are exposed to from human action or the physical or natural environment.
